Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following requirements:

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, or altered in any way.
Why Opened Products Cannot Be Returned
Because our products are applied directly to the skin, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards to protect all customers. Once a skincare product has been opened, we cannot verify that it has been stored, handled, or used in a manner that meets these standards.
As a result, all opened or used skincare products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
