At MÉLARE, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

MÉLARE currently ships throughout the United States and Canada.

Additional shipping destinations may become available in the future.

Standard Shipping:

Priority Shipping:
3–4 Business Days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has scanned your package.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately.

While we will do our best to assist, MÉLARE cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Care team.

We will assist in opening a carrier investigation when appropriate.

MÉLARE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

MÉLARE is not responsible for stolen packages or packages lost after confirmed delivery.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
